### Usage

houseprices

### Format

This data frame contains the following columns:

area

a numeric vector giving the floor area

bedrooms

a numeric vector giving the number of bedrooms

sale.price

a numeric vector giving the sale price in thousands of Australian dollars

J.H. Maindonald
