On this Picostat.com statistics page, you will find information about the hr1420 data set which pertains to An example data for Manhattan plot with annotation. The hr1420 data set is found in the gap R package. You can load the hr1420 data set in R by issuing the following command at the console data("hr1420"). This will load the data into a variable called hr1420. If R says the hr1420 data set is not found, you can try installing the package by issuing this command install.packages("gap") and then attempt to reload the data.
